Jo 1999-ųjų metų kompozicija „Energy Flow“ tapo pirmuoju instrumentinės muzikos singlu, pakilusiu į Japonijos topo viršūnę. „HMV“ išrinko jį į 100 įtakingiausių muzikos pasaulio žmonių sąrašą, kuriame skyrė 59 poziciją.
